This agreement is for for-profit organizations only. Non-Meijer individuals are not permitted to display the Meijer logo on their websites. Nonprofit organizations do not need to complete an agreement but must obtain permission. Please contact help@meijer.com.
If you are a Meijer Team Member, you do not need to complete this form, but must obtain permission from your First Assistant.
