Request Permission to Use Meijer Logo

Thank you for your interest in using the Meijer logo on your website. For-profit organizations wishing to display our logo online need to print, complete, and return a Web-Linking Agreement.
  

Important:

• Please include your fax number; an executed copy will be faxed back to you. 

• This agreement is for for-profit organizations only. Non-Meijer individuals are not permitted to display the Meijer logo on their websites. Nonprofit organizations do not need to complete an agreement but must obtain permission. Please contact help@meijer.com.

• If you are a Meijer Team Member, you do not need to complete this form, but must obtain permission from your First Assistant.
